5. Mike Falk to address the Board regarding the CBRSD Agreement.
6. Selectmen to review and discuss Agreement re Payment of Back Taxes on the Becket General Store.
7. Selectmen to review and discuss the BRPC Request for Technical Assistance District Local Technical Assistance Program, 2010.
8. Selectmen to vote to sign the warrant for the Special State Election to be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 7:00 a.m. to 8;00 p.m. at the Becket Town Hall.
9. Selectmen to review letter of resignation from Beth VanNess from the Zoning Board of Appeals effective immediately.
10. Selectmen to review memo regarding the Reports for the 2009 Annual Town Report.
